1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS SALES POLICY

Because our products (including ebooks, guides, and downloadable protocols) are digital items delivered instantly via electronic transfer, they are deemed "used" upon purchase, download, or link delivery. As a general rule, all sales of digital products are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned to us to verify they are no longer in your possession. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our proprietary intellectual property from unauthorized copying, sharing, or consumption.

2. EXCEPTIONS & REFUND CONSIDERATIONS

While all standard sales are final, Freedom Remedies operates with consumer satisfaction in mind. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or a digital credit under the following explicit technical circumstances:

Duplicated Transactions: If our secure processing server accidentally bills your Stripe account twice for the exact same item, we will issue an immediate refund for the duplicate transaction.
Defective Delivery Files: If the digital file link sent to you is broken, corrupted, or incompatible with standard devices, and our technical team is unable to deliver a functional version to you within three (3) business days of notice.

3. UNAUTHORIZED DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By completing your purchase via Stripe Checkout, you acknowledge and confirm your agreement to this Refund Policy. Filing an unwarranted chargeback or claiming an unverified fraud dispute with your banking institution regarding a successfully delivered digital download constitutes a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Freedom Remedies reserves the right to immediately report file abuse, terminate file access, and provide delivery tracking metadata logs directly to our merchant processors.

4. EXTENUATING HEALTH CONTEXTS

As outlined in our core disclaimers, our educational resources are provided for self-guided natural optimization and historical study. We cannot process refunds based on personal health variations, subjective efficacy opinions, or failure to experience specific healing outcomes, as every individual body adapts to natural routines uniquely.

5. REQUESTING ASSISTANCE

If you encounter a verified delivery problem, did not receive your download email link after transaction validation, or believe your situation warrants an exceptional review, please contact our administrative desk within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
